The coated ATR is a tension transfer element designed for use with Simpson Strong-Tie® adhesives. This fully threaded rod (all-thread rod) can be used within the anchor tiedown system (ATS) for shearwall overturning restraint, the wind uplift restraint system (URS) for roofs and for a variety of other applications. The ATR rods are fully threaded along the entire length of the rod. They have a zinc-plated or hot-dip galvanized finish for corrosion protection.
